About shipping:

All deliveries in Toronto and surrounding area are baked and delivered fresh the same day.

Our hours are Monday to Friday 7am -5 pm and Saturday 9am to noon, Eastern Standard Time.

All local/same day (Toronto area) deliveries need to be received by 12 noon to be processed on the same day and delivered. The out of town/overnight orders for delivery the next day need to be received by 2 pm EST to be processed that day and shipped that night for delivery the following day. Normal Monday to Friday deliveries are between 11am and 4pm. Saturday deliveries are don between 12noon and 5pm

Please be certain the address you are shipping to is correct. A charge from $8.50 will be added for re-routed orders. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable orders due to a wrong address.

Please note : that shipping costs are based on average weight and size and that they can be more expensive if a package is larger or heavier. We will let you know before we ship if that is the case, but we will only notify you if the shipping cost is more than $5.00 over that which you have selected. Please note the following delivery requests are $3.00 extra; local same day “By Noon”; “Saturday” delivery; and special “Evening” delivery times.

Overnight deliveries in Canada are baked and sent out overnight for delivery the next day by noon (Monday to Friday), unless the destination is very rural, in which case it could take 2 days and might cost a bit more. An overnight delivery received over the weekend will not be sent out until Monday night.

Across Canada Saturday delivery, which is available and will cost at least $18 more, is available in larger cities and some towns. Please call or email us to verify that your required destination has Saturday delivery.

We do not like to send out orders on a Friday night for delivery on Monday as the package will have to sit in a Warehouse over the week end. It would be preferable to ship for delivery on Friday, and we will put a not of apology for the early delivery due to Courier Restrictions ..or to ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery in which case we would apologize for the late delivery due to Courier Restrictions.

Fresh products are fragile. Packages shipped on the “2-3 day economy” rate are subject to a lot more handling and are therefore more likely to become damaged. For this reason be aware of the fact that economy shipping is not recommended and is used at your own risk.

Please note, truffles should not be shipped during hot weather.
